Austin's Shoes accepts returns and exchanges on full priced merchandise within fourteen (14) days of receipts. 


  • Products must be in brand new, unworn condition. (We recommend trying on shoes only on carpet)
  • Original manufacturer's packaging and contents must be returned and in the same condition it was received. Please do not attach shipping labels directly to the manufacturer's packaging. You may reuse your Austin's Shoes shipping box or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return.
  • All tags, labels and stickers must remain attached to the product 
  • Please note if your return does not meet the above criteria, a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

All shipping charges are non-refundable
Austin's Shoes reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the fourteen (14) day return period.

Returns on special orders are not accepted.
Ship your return or exchange through an insured trackable carrier, as Austin's Shoes cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
An email notification will be sent to you once your package has been received by Austin's Shoes.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within five (5) business days of receipt of your return (please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Austin's Shoes.)
